Graduate of the Seattle Culinary Academy. She is highly regarded for her culinary expertise, gracious entertaining style, and commitment to excellence for every client event. Sue's ability to inspire others with her creativity and choices of seasonal products and the freshest of garden herbs is how she sets herself apart. Sue is a California native and has lived here in the Seattle area for the last 20 years. She holds a WA Real Estate license and spent over 26 years in the apparel industry prior to her culinary career. Her hobbies include: entertaining, motorcycle riding, fishing, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Melissa E. Norris

Born thinking about food, her joy is embracing everything about planning a meal. Raised in the Seattle area, Melissa grew up passionate about all things food related. After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in business, Melissa spent the next 10 years working in the financial services industry. After taking some time away from the business world to raise two small children she decided to follow her passion instead of her degree and has been working in the wine industry in Woodinville as a caterer. Melissa loves all aspects of planning a meal and especially appreciates the bounty that the northwest has to offer, particularly salmon and raspberries! Her hobbies include: bike rides, walking her dog, reading, baking for friends, and spending time with her family.
