Please accept heart-felt thanks for your contribution to the outstanding dinner provided for former President Fidel Ramos of the Philippines. Your professionalism made this evening such a jewel in one's memory of great College and Filipino community events.

Thank you for the wonderful dinner you prepared for my wife and her friends for her 33rd birthday. From the printed menus, to the multiple courses prepared and served, everything had a special touch, and was equally beautiful as it was delicious! Thank you for including our children in the kitchen with you. They had a wonderful time too! We loved having you and your team in our home.

Melissa and Susan, it was a week ago the two of you were the stars of the show at my parents' 50th wedding anniversary party. My entire experience with you exceeded my highest expectations. It was a very busy time of year for me – which meant I left the entire menu planning in your hands. Now I love food, I love to cook, and it's very important to me my guests have a great food experience at my house. This tells you how much I trust you to deliver a great culinary event for our 24 guests. In the weeks leading up to the event, you were fabulous about reviewing with me what should be on-hand in terms of all the hardware and accessories needed for a sit down event of this caliber.

As planned, we left the house with our guests for a bus tour of my parents' lives together in Seattle. Imagine how reassured I felt to see Sue's car parked on the street, waiting for our departure so she could descend on the kitchen. Three hours later we returned from our adventure. I truly felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz as I flung open my own front door and walked in – when the world of black and white transformed into color. You both greeted us in starched white coats, big welcoming smiles, and directed the guests to a beautifully displayed bounty of appetizers. The colors on the platters were incredible. Mounds of delicate bright green beans, rich red and yellow roasted beets, and beautifully cut carrots with a mustard vinaigrette drizzle. The crab cakes were spicy, wonderful and hot. The rosemary nuts were a perfect complementary interest to the appetizers.

The whole flow of the evening was a pleasant experience because you both were in the kitchen. The timing of the courses was impeccable, you warmly engaged with the guests, and kept the entire kitchen in order throughout the event. In the end, as the last guest left – the kitchen and dining room were impeccable, my refrigerator neatly stocked with leftovers. What a gift to a host.

I have received a steady flow of phone calls, notes and e-mails raving about the food. Everyone was thrilled to have been a part of the evening. As much fun as I'd like to think we are, it was the food which created the magic. And your energy and work allowed me to enjoy and participate in the festivities.

Clearly you both have a gift with food and entertaining. Thanks so much for making my parents' 50th anniversary something they will cherish forever. You were both fabulous!

What a wonderful evening! We thoroughly enjoyed the menu, the presentation and the flavors. Every sauce you paired with your dishes was perfectly matched and delicious. Very friendly service; you did a great job.

Thank you for handing our recent memorial reception. Your team was so respectful of our circumstances and we really appreciated that we didn't have to lift a finger. We walked into our home after an emotional afternoon and felt such a sense of relief that the buffet was set with such delicious food for our dear friends and family. You far exceeded our expectations and look forward to enjoying your services during happier occasions.
